Transportation

 

The nearest airport to Santa-Barbara is Santa Barbara (SBA) Airport which is 8 miles away. Other nearby airports include Burbank (BUR) (78.9 miles), Los Angeles (LAX) (81.2 miles).

 

The scenic route via Amtrak is another option! Santa Barbara is served by two Amtrak train routes, the Pacific Surfliner and Coast Starlight. The Pacific Surfliner hugs the southern California coast - so pretty!

Lastly, you can drive if you are local to California. It is roughly a 5 hour drive from San Francisco and there are many fun detours along the way.. Monterey, Big Sur, Santa Cruz to name a few. From Los Angeles the drive is roughly a 1.5-2 hour scenic drive.

Accommodations in Santa Barbara tend to get pricey during peak times and can book up quickly, so please plan accordingly. The below hotels are in Goleta and are close to the venue - we will be having the shuttles pick up at the Kimpton Goodland. We have arranged discounted room blocks at all these hotels for your convenience. Please book no later than September 20th.

Health & Safety

While we are huge believers in science and are so thankful that we have a vaccine that allows for us to celebrate with our most special people all at once, we do understand that some of you may not be vaccinated. To ensure that all of our guests are able to celebrate in a healthy and safe environment, we are requiring that all guests show proof of vaccination by presenting their vaccination card prior to being allowed to board the wedding shuttles. Those who are unable to show proof, will not be allowed to board, no exceptions. Thank you for your continued understanding and we cannot wait to finally celebrate with you all!

As much as we love your little ones, this is an  adults-only celebration (18 and older).  

Our chosen venue is unable to accommodate children. Please make necessary arrangements before choosing to celebrate with us.
